Tom Stanfill

Founding partner and Chief Executive Officer, Tom Stanfill has focused his 20+ years of experience consulting and developing training programs for inside and field sales organizations. He is widely recognized as a thought leader in the field of account management, acquisition and growth. Tom has published numerous articles on the subject of selling and is a frequent speaker at the most prestigious industry shows.

Prior to starting ASLAN, Tom founded and ran eS2 (Enterprise Sales Solutions) – a business-to-business contract sales force that was recognized as one of the 4th fastest growing company in its category. eS2 employed over one hundred sales representatives providing lead generation, account development, and inside sales support to its clients. With the combination of extensive sales and sales management experience and more than a decade focused on developing training programs, Tom is well positioned to provide strategic leadership to ASLAN and drive the ongoing creation of resources and solutions to help our clients be Other-Centered®.

Marc Lamson

As President of ASLAN, Marc is responsible for all day to day operations including our sales and marketing efforts and growing our success in helping our clients be Other-Centered®. Prior to joining ASLAN in December 2005, Marc worked for F1000 companies including Mobil Oil Corporation and American Power Conversion. Marc has over 20 years of experience in sales, service and management, leading several award winning sales and service organizations.

He has been a speaker for various organizations including the International Customer Management Institute, Institute for International Research, National Association for Fixed Annuities , Disease Management Association, the Help Desk Institute, and others.

Mr. Lamson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island. He continues to train and develop tomorrow's professionals as the Alumni Advisor of Pi Kappa Alpha at URI and recently as a volunteer teacher with Junior Achievement. Marc serves his community as a water quality monitor with the Narrow River Preservation Association, as treasurer of the Shawn M Nassaney Memorial Foundation, and recently served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Southern RI Chamber of Commerce. Marc makes his home in Narragansett, Rhode Island with his wife and 2 sons.

Sean Robertson

Sean is responsible for three critical elements of ASLAN’s operation. The first is ensuring our brand awareness and strong presence in the industry by leading all of our marketing programs, campaigns, tools and processes. In addition, Sean is responsible for our Solution – the products, programs and tools that ultimately end up in front of our customers to help them be Other-Centered®. Lastly, he is responsible for building and strengthening our relationship with our channel partners to ensure ASLAN can serve all of our clients in the best way for them.

Sean works behind the scenes with all of our customers ensuring the Instructional & Graphic Design and final set of tools will ensure we can bridge the gap in salesforce execution of our customers. A few customers have had the privilege of Sean serving them directly in training, coaching and consulting work, such as St. Jude Medical and Cox Business, among others.

Sean came to ASLAN in 2013 after an 20-year career at Carlton-Bates, a division of WESCO International, in a variety of sales and product marketing roles, leading their organization as Director of Sales for the last 6 years. Sean brings a breadth and depth of success and experience in these key areas to help him in his role in ASLAN’s growth. His servant leadership and process approach helps us strengthen our foundation for a successful and efficient organization.

He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Advertising from Ouachita Baptist University and holds a variety of Lean process certifications along with several certifications for sales training. You can find him on his ranch outside of Little Rock, AR, along with his wife and two sons and several horses.

Tab Norris

Tab is also a founding partner and Vice President of ASLAN. Prior to founding ASLAN, Tab was head of training for a large inside sales organization. He has extensive experience in managing and training sales organizations, as well as hands-on experience as a successful sales representative for Motorola.

He has trained inside sales and call center representatives for companies such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, US Bank, HomeBanc Mortgage, Getty Images, WebMD, Wells Financial, EBSCO Industries, The Siebe Company, Wallace Computer, IntelliNet, Interland, Bill Communications and many others. Tab brings a tremendous amount of creativity and fun to his training and understands, first hand, the challenges faced by the managers and trainers in a call center. In addition to his other responsibilities, Tab manages the ASLAN team of trainers and consultants, working closely with them to ensure that they are equipped to help all of our clients be Other-Centered®.
