With the combination of extensive sales and sales management experience and more than a decade focused on developing training programs, Tom is well positioned to provide strategic leadership to ASLAN and drive the ongoing creation of resources and solutions to help our clients be Other-Centered®.
As President of ASLAN, Marc is responsible for all day to day operations including our sales and marketing efforts and growing our success in helping our clients be Other-Centered®. Prior to joining ASLAN in December 2005, Marc worked for F1000 companies including Mobil Oil Corporation and American Power Conversion. Mr. Lamson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island. He continues to train and develop tomorrow's professionals as the Alumni Advisor of Pi Kappa Alpha at URI and recently as a volunteer teacher with Junior Achievement. Marc serves his community as a water quality monitor with the Narrow River Preservation Association, as treasurer of the Shawn M Nassaney Memorial Foundation, and recently served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Southern RI Chamber of Commerce. Marc makes his home in Narragansett, Rhode Island with his wife and 2 sons.

Sean works behind the scenes with all of our customers ensuring the Instructional & Graphic Design and final set of tools will ensure we can bridge the gap in salesforce execution of our customers.
