Graphic Designer
We are currently looking for a hip, trendy, detail-oriented, and Other-Centered® Graphic Designer who is spiritually moved by creating designs that help people be more successful and more fulfilled by serving others. We are looking for the right person to join our Marketing & Solution team who is up to the challenge of helping us expand our branding, imagery, social content design, web, video, and print/digital design development. This is a part time designer position (average 20 hours/week) that has the interest and ability to move to a full-time position. This is an hourly position with flexibility as to the location, but being located in Atlanta, GA is a bonus.
Our design mission is to deliver all ASLAN stakeholders (internal & external) with consistent (quality) and efficient (speed of delivery) content that accents the quality of the truth we take to market.
WHAT WE GET TO DO
- Collaborate with executives, lead consultants, project managers, and instructional designers
- Get creative to design the truth
- Personalize training programs and deliverables based on client requirements
- Expand on our efforts to promote brand awareness and consistency
- Work to help further develop our design process and aid in the areas of continuous improvement, quality control, and speed of delivery
- Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives
- Think and act in “Other-Centered” ways: putting yourself in the other person’s shoes with a passion for exceeding customer’s expectations

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO HAVE
- Minimum of three years of graphic design experience
- College degree in relevant field
- Proven experience and cool design deliverables with Adobe software including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other development tools
- Desire to have fun and make an impact
