Tom Stanfill
Founding partner and Chief Executive Officer,Tom Stanfill has focused his 14 years of experience exclusively on the creation of training programs for selling and managing customers via the telephone in a call center and inside sales environment. He has developed programs for companies such as FedEx, Apple, Aventis Pasteur, Boehinger Ingelheim, Xerox, Deluxe Corporation, American Power Conversion, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tyco, Computer Associates, Hewlett-Packard, Oracle, ScanSource, GE, and Russell Athletic.
Prior to starting Aslan, Tom founded and ran ES2 - a business-to-business service bureau recognized by Call Center Magazine as the 4th fastest growing service bureau in the country. With the combination of extensive sales and sales management experience and more than a decade focused on developing training programs, Tom is well-positioned as the head of program development and an inside sales subject matter expert.

Tab Norris
Tab is also a founding partner and President of Aslan. Prior to founding Aslan, Tab was head of training for a large inside sales organization. He has extensive experience in managing and training a telesales staff, as well as hands-on experience as a successful sales representative for Motorola. He has trained inside sales and call center representatives for companies such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Nova Corporation, HomeBanc Mortgage, Getty Images, WebMD, Wells Financial, EBSCO Industries, The Siebe Company, Wallace Computer, IntelliNet, Interland, Bill Communications and many others. Tab brings a tremendous amount of creativity and fun to his training and understands, first hand, the challenges faced by the managers and trainers in a call center.

Doug Scott
In addition to being in charge of operations and project management, as partner at Aslan Doug Scott is responsible for developing training programs that meet the unique needs of Aslan's varied clients. Doug has developed specialized training for the inside sales and customer service organizations of companies throughout the United States in a number of industries, including: financial services, software, electronics, business forms, home security, and insurance. Prior to joining Aslan, Doug was a senior manager in the strategic consulting divisions of KPMG and iXL/Scient.
